Salted Caramel Mocha

This drink was created using the Ninja Coffee Bar.  All opinions are my own.
I have been on a huge coffee kick lately.  I especially like the specialty coffee drinks that are made in the coffeehouse.  I would stop at my local coffeehouse a few times a week to pick up some of my favorite specialty coffee drinks.  While the drinks are delicious the cost was really adding up.
While I was at the BlogHer Food 2015 conference in Chicago, I was introduced to the Ninja Coffee Bar.  The Ninja Coffee Bar allows you to make your favorite coffeehouse drinks in your own home.  I love that I can have the same great taste while saving money.  One of my favorite things about the coffee bar is that you can customize whether you want a cup, travel mug, or carafe size.  It also allows you to customize your drink for Classic Brew, Rich Brew, Over Ice Brew, or Specialty Brew.
My husband and I love the Ninja Coffee Bar and we have been using it all the time.  I really like that you can make specialty brews and that you only have to make one mug’s worth.  The coffee bar came with a milk frother that is perfect for using to make specialty drinks.  I also love that I can make my favorite coffeehouse drink at home with the coffee bar, a Salted Caramel Mocha.
This Salted Caramel Mocha tastes just like I bought it at the coffeehouse and it is so easy to make.  I love how I can easily make this with the Ninja Coffee Bar.  The specialty coffee brew tasted great with the chocolate and salted caramel flavors.  This drink is definitely a must make!

Salted Caramel Mocha

  • 3 tablespoons ground coffee
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • 1 tablespoon caramel syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • Whipped cream

  1. Place the ground coffee into the brew basket of the Ninja Coffee Bar
  2. Place the chocolate syrup, caramel syrup, and sea salt into a bottom of a mug, stirring to combine.
  3. Select the Travel Mug size, pressing the Specialty Brew button.  You can either brew the coffee directly into the mug or into the carafe.
  4. While the coffee is brewing, place the milk into the Ninja Easy Frother.  Microwave for 1 minute.  Remove from the microwave, secure the lid, and pump the Frother 15 times.
  5. Pour the coffee into the mug, filling it about half way.  Then gently pour the frothed milk over the coffee. Stir to combine.  Top with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel syrup and sprinkle with sea salt.

  1. This is a gorgeous looking drink! I love how it looks ombré from the side!
