Salted Caramel Apple Cider Bundt Cake

I cannot believe that fall is already here. It seems that summer just started yesterday.  I love the food associated with fall, but I don’t like the fact that winter will be here soon.  Winter is my least favorite season, I really can’t stand the cold and could do without snow.  I like the weather during fall though and like all the festivals that are going on.

One of our my family’s favorite things to enjoy in the fall is apple cider.  To me the start of apple cider season signifies that fall is here.  I love baking with apple cider as well, it helps makes desserts to moist.  I decided to make a cake using apple cider.  I had to add some salted caramel as well because I love the combination of apples and salted caramel.

This Salted Caramel Apple Cider Bundt Cake is a deliciously moist and easy cake that is perfect for fall.  The cake is made using a spice cake box mix with the addition of apple cider and salted caramel.  The added apple cider gives the cake so much flavor and makes it really moist.  The cake is then topped with a salted caramel apple cider glaze on top.

I love how easy that this cake is to make, it just takes some simple additions to a box mix.  This cake would be great to eat on a fall day with a glass of apple cider.  My family devoured the cake and I hope that yours enjoys it as well!
