Salted Caramel Pumpkin Spice Frozen Coffee

I have been on a huge frozen coffee kick lately. I have been really enjoying all the great fall flavors that have just come out, especially anything that has either pumpkin or caramel.   I have been going out and getting frozen coffees at least twice a week, sometimes even more.  Not only is this new habit of mine getting costly, it is also very high in calories.
I decided to start making my own frozen coffees at home.  I used Sweet’N Low® to sweeten it up instead of sugar. Sweet’N Low® is a zero calorie sweetener that helps you enjoy a sweet drink without all the extra calories.  By substituting Sweet’N Low® for sugar it helps you to reduce calories in drink recipes.  Plus it is diabetic friendly.  I love the fact that I can have a sweet drink without all the extra calories.
I decided to combine two of my favorite flavors into one frozen coffee and created a Salted Caramel Pumpkin Spice Frozen Coffee.  This is the perfect drink for fall.  I also love that the drink is really easy to make and you can make it in a matter of minutes at home.  That way I can use Sweet’N Low®  to lower the amount of calories in the drink while still getting the same sweet taste.  I really loved the combination of the salted caramel and the pumpkin together.  This tasted just like it was made in your local coffee shop, if not better.  I hope you try this delicious fall drink!

Salted Caramel Pumpkin Spice Frozen Coffee


  • 3/4 cup cold coffee
  • 1 cup milk (I used soy milk)
  • 6 packets of Sweet’N Low®
  • 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 cups ice


  1. In a bowl mix together the caramel ice cream topping and the sea salt to create the salted caramel.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and all the ice is crushed. This makes two frozen coffees.
  3. If desired, garnish with caramel topping, sea salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
