I have been on a huge frozen coffee kick lately. I have been really enjoying all the great fall flavors that have just come out, especially anything that has either pumpkin or caramel. I have been going out and getting frozen coffees at least twice a week, sometimes even more. Not only is this new habit of mine getting costly, it is also very high in calories.
I decided to start making my own frozen coffees at home. I used Sweet’N Low® to sweeten it up instead of sugar. I decided to combine two of my favorite flavors into one frozen coffee and created a Salted Caramel Pumpkin Spice Frozen Coffee. This is the perfect drink for fall. I also love that the drink is really easy to make and you can make it in a matter of minutes at home. That way I can use Sweet’N Low® to lower the amount of calories in the drink while still getting the same sweet taste. I really loved the combination of the salted caramel and the pumpkin together. This tasted just like it was made in your local coffee shop, if not better. I hope you try this delicious fall drink!
