My favorite treat of the summer is s’mores. You can’t go wrong with a s’more and they aren’t just good for the summer, I love them all year round. Yesterday was National S’mores Day and I tried to get this delicious treat up in time, but I didn’t get a chance. Even though National S’mores Day is over, I decided to post this s’mores dip anyway, because it is good for anytime.
I love Reese’s with my s’mores, there is just something about that chocolate and peanut butter combination. Earlier this summer when we made s’mores at a friends house, I decided to use White Chocolate Reese’s to make s’mores and they were phenomenal. So I decided to make a great skillet dip using White Chocolate Reese’s and topped with marshmallows. This would be a great dip to eat while watching sports, for a summer cookout, for a party, or just as a great snack or dessert.
This White Chocolate Reese’s S’mores Dip tasted fantastic! I really loved the combination of the white chocolate and peanut butter flavors with the marshmallows. Graham crackers taste perfect dipped in this. The best part is that this dip is so easy to make and only dirties one dish. It is easily made in a skillet and is only cooked long enough to melt the marshmallows and chocolate. This is the perfect summer treat, I know I can’t wait to make this dip again!
