Strawberry S’mores Panini

When I think of summer one of the first foods that comes to mind is s’mores.  That chocolate and marshmallow goodness is the quintessential summer flavor to me.  Now that the weather is starting to get really warm out we have already made s’mores once at our friend’s firepit.  One of my other favorite summer foods is strawberries, especially in the beginning of summer when they are in season.  I love the combination of chocolate and strawberries and think that strawberries also go great with s’mores.
My favorite part of the s’more is the melty chocolate.  Chocolate is one of my favorite foods and I love going to the grocery store to pick out different chocolate bars and love trying all of the different flavors.  One of my favorite brands of chocolate that I tried and one that I keep coming back to is Green & Black’s Organic Chocolate.  I love the fact that it is certified organic and Fairtrade certified.  GREEN & BLACK’S ORGANIC Chocolate not only tastes fantastic, but the company also supports farming communities all over the world.  They also come in 11 delicious flavors, including Dark, Hazelnut & Currant, Mint, Maya Gold, Ginger, Spiced Chili, Milk, Almond, Toffee, and White Chocolate.

Since I am a big fan of the Green & Black’s Organic Chocolate, I thought that this chocolate would taste delicious in a s’more.  It is such a high quality chocolate that I thought it would add a lot of flavor and make it like it was gourmet.  I decided to stick with the milk chocolate, but I would love to try all the different flavors in a s’more.  I decided to make a panini combining chocolate, marshmallow, and strawberries.

The Strawberry S’mores Panini was so delicious and tasted amazing.  It was such a decadent dessert and I loved how easy it was to make.  This would be great to put together for an easy dessert to share with your family.  I loved the taste of the GREEN & BLACK’S ORGANIC Milk Chocolate to the panini.  It tasted great combined with the marshmallow fluff and strawberries.  This was one of the best paninis that I have ever had and I can’t wait to make it again!  The chocolate tasted fantastic all melted with the warm strawberries and gooey marshmallows, yum! I actually think that this version is better than the original s’more and I can’t wait to make these again.
