Easy Strawberry Oreo Fudge

I cannot believe that it is almost the end of January.  This month has been going so fast and before you know it Valentine’s Day will be here.  We don’t usually do very much for Valentine’s Day.  Usually we will try to go out to eat or to a movie. It is much harder to really do anything now that we have kids.  Before we had kids we would always go on a big date and make a whole evening of it.  Not that we don’t care now, but finding a babysitter is hard and then we have to take the time to go out.  It is just easier to plan a date night at home once the kids go to bed.
This year for Valentine’s Day we will probably just do a date night at home.  Now with 2 kids and having a baby, it will probably be hard to go out.  We usually watch movies at home or play games often so we have date nights a good bit.  One thing that we usually like to do for Valentine’s Day is have a bunch of nice desserts.  My favorite flavor combination for Valentine’s Day is chocolate and strawberry.  I decided to make some delicious easy fudge that would be a perfect treat for Valentine’s Day.  The fudge combines the flavor of strawberry with Oreo’s and only needs 3 ingredients.
This Easy Strawberry Oreo Fudge is a delicious treat and is really easy to make.  It can be made in a matter of minutes.  It then just needs to be refrigerated for about 30 minutes so that it can set. It contains only three ingredients, white chocolate, strawberry frosting, and crushed Oreos.
This fudge was so delicious.  The combination of the white chocolate and frosting gave it a smooth delicious taste.  I loved the taste of Oreos in each bite. If you love the combination of strawberry and chocolate you will like this fudge.  This is a great treat that can easily be made for Valentine’s Day.  Enjoy!

  1. Wow these look delicious! I know what you mean about getting out when you have kids! I have a 10 month old, and he is my first. Before we had Little One we went out all the time just the two of us. We’ve only gone out together without the baby on a date like twice since he has been born! Can’t wait to try out this fudge recipe!
