We are big fans of football in my house. We always like to sit down and watch all the games on Sundays. My 3 year old enjoys it too, while he doesn’t necessarily like to sit and watch the games, he likes to pick a team to root for and then pretend to play a football game of his own. He gets really excited about football and it’s really cute to see. We are always snacking or have sort of appetizer to eat when we are watching football.
This is especially true now that the playoffs are here and that the big game is coming up in about a month. For the big game we like to go all out and have a bunch of different appetizers and snacks. Last weekend for the football games I thought it would be fun to make a snack that would be great for both kids and adults. I decided that I would create a fun snack mix using my son’s favorite snack, Goldfish crackers.
I headed out to Walmart to pick up Goldfish crackers for our football snack. The 30 ounce cartons of Goldfish crackers are now on Rollback at Walmart for $5.98. I found a display of them at the end of an aisle, but they are also located in the cracker aisle. We love Goldfish crackers in my house, so this whole carton is a great deal. My whole family, my son included, loves anything ranch. I thought it would make a great snack mix if I combined ranch seasoning mix with the cheddar Goldfish crackers and the pretzel Goldfish crackers.
These Cheddar and Pretzel Ranch Goldfish crackers were such a delicious and tasty snack that the whole family loved. I loved the combination of the ranch seasoning with the cheddar Goldfish crackers and the pretzel Goldfish crackers. This is also really easy to make so it can easily be made minutes before you need it for watching the big game or for a party.
This is a great snack mix for both kids and adults. My son loved it because it contains fun Goldfish crackers. My husband and I both loved the combination of flavors. We ate this while watching football last weekend. It was nice to be able to all share a snack together while watching the game. My son loved them so much that he already asked us to make them again. This is a great appetizer for any party or to eat when watching sports or is a great snack for anytime. I definitely recommend that you make this!
