I always like to indulge in sweets, but something I especially love to indulge in is sweet coffee drinks. I am not actually a big coffee drinker, actually I don’t drink regular coffee at all. There is always coffee in my office, but I never got into the habit of drinking it. Even though I don’t drink hot coffee, I love sweet frozen coffee drinks.
Occasionally I have to travel across the state for work and my routine is to always stop for a frozen coffee on the way home. However, since I am lactose intolerant and I need my frozen coffee made with soy milk, it means I have to get them in the high end coffee shops. These drinks are never cheap. I love that I can make a cheaper alternative to my favorite drink at home. I decided to make a fall version of a frozen coffee drink by combining pumpkin and mocha flavors into one tasty drink.
This Pumpkin Mocha Frozen Coffee is a great sweet coffee drink for fall. I love that I can make this quickly at home without all the expense that it will cost in a coffee shop. I thought the coffee, pumpkin, and mocha paired perfectly together to create a refreshing drink. I used soy milk to make my drink but you can use any type of milk that you have. This recipe makes enough for two frozen coffees. I really like that this gives me the option to have my pumpkin coffee drink year round. I know that the next time I travel, I plan on taking one of these with me. I hope you enjoy!
