Blueberry Strawberry Banana Bread

I am so glad that summer is about here.  I love when it is nice out almost every day and I don’t have to worry about wearing a jacket.  One of the best parts of summer is all the fruits that are in season.  Strawberries are by far my favorite, but we always buy blueberries as well because my son is a big fan.  In the summer I love using the fresh fruit when I am cooking and in my recipes.
My husband and I both love bread and we have passed that love onto our son.  Banana Bread is one of my favorites.  I love how moist banana bread can be and how versatile it is.  You can add a lot of things to banana bread and make a tasty treat.  Since it is summer and I love using as much fresh fruit that I can, I decided to add strawberries and blueberries to my banana bread to make a delicious summer bread.
This Blueberry Strawberry Banana Bread is so moist and I really loved the combination of the blueberries, strawberries, and bananas.  They all tasted great together in the bread.  My family loved this bread, it was devoured.  The bread would be great for breakfast or for a snack.  The best thing about banana bread is that you can make it on the weekend and then have breakfast for most of the week, that is if you don’t eat it all before that.  I hope you try this delicious banana bread, I know we will be making it again.
