Cheddar Bacon Ranch Quiche

With Mother’s Day coming up, I thought I would share a great recipe that would be great for a Mother’s Day brunch.  In honor of May being National Egg Month, I decided to make a quiche that would be a great brunch for Mother’s Day or would be a great breakfast for anytime.
Not all eggs are created the same! Eggland’s Best eggs are superior in nutrition, taste and freshness.   By choosing Eggland’s Best eggs over ordinary eggs, you are getting an egg that is fresher, tastes better and contains more vitamins and nutrients. Compared to ordinary eggs, Eggland’s Best eggs have: Four times more vitamin D, More than double the omega-3s, Ten times more vitamin E, and 25% less saturated fat.  I love all the extra nutrition included in Eggland’s Best eggs and I feel they taste better too.  I used Eggland’s Best eggs to make my Cheddar Bacon Ranch Quiche.  
This Cheddar Bacon Ranch Quiche combines one of my favorite flavor combinations with quiche.  The ranch seasoning tastes great with the eggs and tastes great combined with the bacon and cheddar cheese in a quiche.  I made this quiche for brunch and my whole family loved it.  I thought it all really tasted great together.  Plus it is really easy to put together.  This quiche would be great for any breakfast or brunch or even for breakfast for dinner.  I hope you enjoy this fantastic quiche!

Cheddar Bacon Ranch Quiche


  • 1 refrigerated pie crust, pre-baked according to the directions on the box
  • 4 Eggland’s Best Eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning powder, dry
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Pre-bake the refrigerated pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate according to the directions on the box.
  3. In a medium bowl whisk together the Eggland’s Best eggs, milk, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
  4. Add the cooked bacon on top of the pie crust. Add the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Then pour the egg mixture on top of the cheese.
  5. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before cutting.
