- 1 package Knorr® Italian Sides™ – Parmesan
1 box (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 can (13.75 oz.) artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Prepare the Knorr® Italian Sides™ – Parmesan according to package directions.
Stir in the spinach and artichokes during the last 2 minutes of cook time. Once the pasta is done cooking, stir in the sour cream.
Arrange the pasta on a serving platter, then top with the hot chicken and cheese.
