Kit Kat Peanut Butter Pie

My husband’s 30th birthday was last week.  I decided to make him one of his favorite desserts, Peanut Butter Pie.  Every year for his birthday he always requests a peanut butter pie.  I decided to make this peanut butter pie a little different and add some candy to it.  When I was at the grocery store deciding what candy to add, I thought I would add some chocolate and peanut butter candy.  However, when I saw Kit Kats, I knew that they would be perfect.
I was wondering how the Kit Kats and peanut butter would taste together.  Like one of my friends said, you can never go wrong with Kit Kat’s, and he was right.  I loved the taste of the Kit Kat pieces in the peanut butter pie.  I couldn’t really taste the wafer part as much, but I loved the light crispy taste of the Kit Kat’s with every bite of peanut butter pie.
This peanut butter pie was amazing.  My husband loved it and said that it tasted just like a store bought peanut butter pie. This peanut butter pie also tasted great with the graham cracker crust.  This peanut butter pie along with the Kit Kat pieces in every bite was great for a birthday celebration.

  3. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined. Then gently add 6 packages worth of chopped Kit Kat's. Add the mixture on top of the graham cracker crust.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until set. If needed this can be refrigerated overnight. Before serving drizzle the melted chocolate chips on top and add the other package of chopped Kit Kat to the top as a garnish.
