Berry Salsa

This delicious Berry Salsa is made with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. This fruit salsa tastes fantastic with cinnamon pita chips.
We love fruit in our house and once the summer comes we are always buying a ton of fresh fruit.  Berries are definitely a favorite.  My son loves fruit and could eat it all day.  I’ve seen fruit salsa recipes and have always wanted to try it.  I decided to make a fruit salsa using only berries.
This Berry Salsa makes a great appetizer.  I thought it would be good but I was surprised with how great it was.  It was one of the best appetizers that I ever had.  That is saying a lot because I absolutely love appetizers, especially sweet ones.
I loved the taste and sweetness of the fresh fruit.  I really loved the juiciness of the fruit and how there was liquid and solid parts just like a regular salsa. I always like the liquid part of the salsa more and this did not disappoint.  There was great berry flavor in every bite.  The berry flavored melded together into one great appetizer.
I can’t begin to explain how delicious this Berry Salsa was. It was also easy to make.  I couldn’t stop eating it and it was devoured very quickly.  These went perfectly with the Cinnamon Pita Chips that I served them with.  I hope you try this fantastic appetizer!
