As a mother to a 2 year old I am always looking for healthier snacks to give to my son. Especially in the summer time when we go to different places it is nice to bring snacks with us instead of having to buy snacks. We have season tickets to Hershey Park and we have been going to the park almost every weekend. It is nice to be able to bring a great snack along with us so that we are not spending a lot of money and I know what my son is eating.
I decided to make this granola to bring with us a few weekends ago and it was delicious. I had never made my own granola before and it was easy and I think it tasted better than what you can buy in the store. I really liked the peanut butter flavor of the granola combined with the graham crackers, chocolate chips, and marshmallows to give it a great s’mores flavor. This would also be great for breakfast or served with yogurt. I hope you enjoy this delicious treat!
