Doritos Casserole

This Doritos Casserole is an easy and delicious weeknight dinner made using Doritos.
Doritos Casserole

This Doritos Casserole is a great and easy dinner.  The nice thing about this casserole is that you can make it as mild or as spicy as you want, depending on what type of salsa you use.  Also, this casserole is lined with Doritos at the bottom.  Nothing can get better than Doritos for dinner.  It was hard to photograph this casserole to show how good it was, but the casserole was fantastic!
This casserole has great cheesy flavor and tastes great.  This would be a great meal for Cinco de Mayo and is a great Mexican dish.  I really liked the crunch and the flavor that the Doritos gave to this casserole.  We used a rotisserie chicken, so that made this casserole even easier.  This is a great weeknight meal that your whole family will love.
