This year has been going so fast, I cannot believe that it is already mid way through April. That means that Mother’s Day is coming up in less than a month. When I think of Mother’s Day I think of brunch. I think eating a nice brunch is a great way to spend Mother’s Day, especially if your family is the one cooking the brunch for you!
One of my favorite breakfast recipes is Cinnamon French Toast Bake, which is made with refrigerated cinnamon buns. When I was grocery shopping one day I saw Caramel Cinnamon Rolls. I decided to make a French Toast Bake using the Caramel Cinnamon Rolls and drizzled the delicious caramel glaze on top.
This Caramel Cinnamon French Toast Bake was fantastic! I really loved the combination of the caramel with the cinnamon french toast. I also added pecans to the top, which is optional, but I loved the taste of the pecans with the caramel. This was a fantastic and tasty breakfast and would make a great brunch for Mother’s Day!
