Bacon Chicken Ranch Taquitos

I am not the biggest fan of Mexican food, because I do not like really spicy food and do not like all the flavors of Mexican food.  My husband is a big fan of Mexican food and would eat it all the time if he could.  As a compromise, I like to find dinners that combine the idea of Mexican food, like Taquitos, with some of my favorite flavors that are not traditional in Mexican food, like Bacon Chicken Ranch.
When I saw these Bacon Chicken Ranch Taquitos on Six Sisters’ Stuff, I knew that we had to try them.  These were a great dinner and were so delicious.  They were similar to Bacon Chicken Ranch Quesadillas, but they were baked and rolled up.  This is a great variation on a Mexican dish and would be a great dinner for the upcoming Cinco de Mayo.  I hope that you try this delicious dinner!

Bacon Chicken Ranch Taquitos


  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 12 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 cups pre-cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 packet (1 ounce) dry Ranch Dressing mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 20 (6-inch) flour tortillas


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, chicken, bacon, cheese, and ranch seasoning mix in a large bowl until combined.
  3. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons on the mixture onto a tortilla and roll the tortilla up. Place the taquito seam side down on a cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil and greased with cooking spray. Repeat until the chicken mixture is finished. Spray the tops of the taquitos with cooking spray.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Serve with Ranch Dressing or Blue Cheese Dressing for dipping.
