Strawberry Cheesecake Swirl Brownies

I can’t wait for Spring weather to get here already.  It is finally going to start getting warmer a little bit this weekend in Pennsylvania.  When I think of Spring I always think of the new blooming flowers and the fruit that will start to be in season.  One of the fruits that is always great in the spring is strawberries.
My favorite flavor combination with strawberries is chocolate.  The chocolate and strawberry flavor always balance each other out perfectly.  Because the spring is coming soon, I decided to make some strawberry flavored brownies.  I decided to swirl Strawberry Cheesecake into the brownies.
I am a huge fan of cheesecake, it is one of my favorite desserts.  My husband doesn’t like cheesecake, even though he likes cream cheese, so that meant I had more of these yummy brownies to myself.  I brought these to an Easter Egg Hunt last weekend and everyone loved them.
These Strawberry Cheesecake Swirl Brownies were so delicious and the brownies were incredibly moist and fudgy.  I loved the combination of the strawberry cheesecake with the chocolate flavor of the brownies.  I had to stop myself from eating all of the brownies!  Also, these brownies are really easy to make and are made by enhancing a box mix of brownies.  If you rather though feel free to use your favorite brownie mix.  Enjoy!
