Strawberry Nutella Pie

Today is World Nutella Day! I love Nutella, its one of my favorite ingredients to use while baking.  If you have never had Nutella, you must try it! It has great chocolate and hazelnut flavor.
I decided to combine Nutella and strawberries to make a great pie.  This pie would be good for Valentine’s Day or for anytime.  Do you really need an excuse to make something with Nutella?  You can either eat this pie just refrigerated or freeze the pie.  I put the pie in the freezer for a short time, so that it was partially frozen.  That way it was still creamy but really cold, kind of like melted ice cream.
This pie was so delicious.  I really liked the combination of the chocolate and hazelnut flavor with the strawberries.  The pie tasted great with the graham cracker crust.  The pie was so creamy and had great flavor.  I hope that you try this pie and that you enjoyed World Nutella Day!
Strawberry Nutella Pie

Strawberry Nutella Pie

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 can (14 ounce can) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tub (8 ounces) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 lb. strawberries, chopped.

  1. Take the crushed graham crackers and mix with the melted butter in a pie plate. Press the crust into the bottom of the pie plate.
  2. In a large bowl combine the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, Nutella, and powdered sugar. Beat on medium until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined. Then gently add in 1/2 pound of chopped strawberries. Add the mixture on top of the graham cracker crust.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until set. If desired, you can freeze the pie. Add the other 1/2 pound chopped strawberries to the top as a garnish.
