Ranch Eggs Breakfast Sandwich

I am always looking for different ways to make my life easier.  While I love to cook and bake, I do not like to spend forever in the kitchen.  This is especially true on the weekdays when we have to eat a quick breakfast.  I also like to make easy dinners so that I can spend as much time as possible with my son before he goes to bed.
Even though I like things as easy as possible, I still like a nice homemade meal.  I like to use store bought products and add things to them to make a great homemade meal.  Even though we love breakfast food, we usually eat simple breakfasts, such as bagels, toast, or fruit.  We like to make nice breakfasts on the weekend and also like to have breakfast for dinner.
Land O’Lakes is one brand I like to use to help me simplify my kitchen.  Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil is a great tasty spreadable butter that is convenient because it spreads right out of the refrigerator.   It’s ready to spread on your favorite breads, pastries or breakfast items, or topping on your favorite dinner or side dishes.  Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil is made with only three simple ingredients: sweet cream, canola oil and salt. It is a wholesome choice with no artificial ingredients, so I feel good about serving it to my family.
I used the Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil to make a great breakfast sandwich. This breakfast sandwich is really easy to make so it can be made for a great and hearty breakfast.  It is also filling enough to have as a breakfast for dinner.  We loved this sandwich, it tasted so good and it wasn’t hard to make at all.
We used the butter to heat the pan before making the eggs and to butter the bagel thins.  I really liked that the butter was readily spreadable but that it still tasted great.  It can be used in cooking or to simplify your morning but using it to butter your bagel or toast.
The eggs on this breakfast sandwich were delicious.  The eggs were made creamy by using cream cheese and were flavored with ranch seasoning to give the eggs a great flavor.  The eggs were topped with bacon and sausage and put on a bagel thin that was buttered with Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil.  This was a great breakfast that I hope you enjoy!
Ranch Eggs Breakfast Sandwich

Ranch Eggs Breakfast Sandwich

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon ranch powder (from a dressing packet)
  • 3 Bagel Thins
  • Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked
  • 3 sausage patties, cooked

  1. Heat a medium sized skillet over medium heat and melt the Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil in the skillet.
  2. In a small bowl scramble the eggs and add in the ranch seasoning. Whisk until incorporated.
  3. Once the butter is melted, pour the eggs into the skillet. Add the cream cheese cubes and whisk until the cream cheese is melted.
  4. Then let the eggs cook. Once cooked on one side, flip and cook until done. Try not to scramble the eggs too much or it will be hard to put the eggs on the sandwich.
  5. Meanwhile toast the bagel thins and butter them with the Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil. Once the eggs are done, add 1/3 of the eggs onto the sandwich, 2 slices of bacon, and 1 sausage patty.

This makes 3 breakfast sandwiches
