Even though I am trying to eat a little healthier during the beginning of the new year, I always like a good dessert. This strawberry and banana pie is made using sugar free and fat free jello and strawberry and banana pudding. The pie also has fresh strawberries and bananas in them.
This pie was really easy to make and it was so good. I loved the strawberry and banana flavor and I also love the fact that it is healthier than most desserts. Each slice is only 4 Weight Watchers plus points. If you want even less Weight Watchers points, then make the pie in a deep dish pie plate without the graham cracker crust. Weight Watchers Strawberry and Banana Pie
1 package (1 ounce) sugar free and fat free instant vanilla pudding
2 cups water
1 package (.3 ounces) sugar fee and fat free strawberry and banana Jello
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup bananas, sliced
1 reduced fat pre-made graham cracker crust
1. In a medium saucepan, stir together the pudding and water until it comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
2. Remove the pudding mixture from heat once it comes to a boil and add the Jello and stir until dissolved. Set the saucepan and let the mixture come to room temperature.
3. Meanwhile, set the strawberries and bananas in the bottom of the graham cracker crust. If you decide not to use the crust, then place the strawberries and bananas in the bottom of a pie plate.
4. Add the cooled pudding mixture over the strawberries and bananas. Refrigerate until chilled and set.
