1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all of the ingredients except 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese until combined. Then spoon the mixture into a 9 inch pie plate.
3. Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through. Once done take out and sprinkle the extra 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese on top of the dip. Put back in the oven until the cheese is melted.
Serve with tortilla chips, potato chips, or crackers.
