Breakfast Bake

We usually don’t have time in the mornings to make a full breakfast, so we grab something to go.  We love breakfast food though, so we make breakfast for dinner a lot.  This Breakfast Bake was so delicious and easy to make. We really loved it!
This is made using refrigerated crescent rolls.  The great thing about this is that you can even make this the night before and have it the next morning for breakfast.  This is a great, easy, and delicious breakfast or breakfast for dinner!!

Breakfast Bake
(Recipe adapted from Plain Chicken)

1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
1 lb sausage
6 eggs
1/2 cup soy milk (can substitute regular milk)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1.  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2.  Cook the sausage and set aside.  Place the crescent rolls into the bottom of a greased 9×13 pan, pressing the seams together to seal.  Sprinkle the sausage over the crust.

3.  In a separate bowl, whisk the milk and eggs into well blended.  Pour the eggs over the sausage.  Top with the cheese.

4.  Bake for 25-35 minutes or until the center is set.

  11. This looks so good. I like that its made from crescent rolls because I hate when you use bread and it just comes out soggy. It’s funny how you were talking about loving breakfast food, but never having time to make it in the morning. I just wrote almost the exact same thing on my most recent blog post.
