1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
1 lb sausage
1/2 cup soy milk (can substitute regular milk)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cook the sausage and set aside. Place the crescent rolls into the bottom of a greased 9×13 pan, pressing the seams together to seal. Sprinkle the sausage over the crust.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk the milk and eggs into well blended. Pour the eggs over the sausage. Top with the cheese.
4. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until the center is set.
