* Irish Coffee Chocolate Chip Cookies
1/2 cup butter (1 stick), softened
1/3 cup Andes Creme de Menthe Baking Chips (or chopped up Andes)
9 drops green food coloring
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Stir the chocolate chip cookie mix, butter, and egg together in a large bowl until soft dough forms. Then add in the Andes Creme de Menthe Baking Chips and food coloring and stir to combine.
3. Roll the dough into rounded teaspoonfuls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool the cookies for 5 minutes, then gently press a Hershey Kiss into the center of each cookie. Cool for an additional 5 minutes then gently remove from the cookie sheet onto a cooling rack.
