Chicken Bacon Ranch Nachos

The idea for these nachos came about sort of by accident or at least on a whim of my husband.  One day when we were  making Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza, we had some leftover chicken and bacon.  My husband decided to put some cheese, chicken and bacon on top of tortilla chips and microwaved them and then put ranch dressing on top.  I told him that I did not think it was a good idea and did not think that they would be very good.  My husband proved me wrong, they tasted so good.
I changed his idea a little bit by making it in the oven, because I like that better.  This is a great appetizer and snack and is really easy to make.  These are perfect for any party or just because.  These are always ingredients that I have on hand and I can’t wait to make them again.  Enjoy!
Chicken Bacon Ranch Nachos

Tortilla Chips
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup precooked chicken strips, cubed
1/4 cup bacon bits
1/3 cup ranch dressing
1.  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2.  Evenly spread a layer of tortilla chips on a cookie sheet.  Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly on top of the tortillas.  Then sprinkle the chicken and bacon on top of the cheese.
3.  Bake for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
4.  After taking the tortillas out of the oven, drizzle the ranch dressing on top of the nachos.
