Cheeseburger Dip

One thing I love about the Superbowl and about football playoffs is all the great food.  This dip is perfect for watching the big game or for any party.  It is super easy to make and is really delicious.  It uses only 5 ingredients and only takes a matter of minutes to make, but it tastes like I spent a lot of time making it.  The cheeseburger dip really good and I will be definitely making it again.

Cheeseburger Dip
(Adapted from Kraft Food & Family Magazine Holiday ’08 / Winter ’09)

1 lb. (16 oz) Velveeta Cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 can (14.5 ounces) of diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. ground turkey meat, cooked and drained (can substitute ground beef)
1/2 cup of bacon bits

1.  Mix all the ingredients together in a large microwavable bowl.

2.  Microwave for 3 minutes then stir.  Then microwave for an additional 2 minutes or until the Velveeta is completely melted.  Serve with Tostitos.
