Baked Chicken Parmesan

Happy New Year!!
Since it is a New Year, I thought that it was a good time to post a healthier recipe.  I know that I ate way too many sweets and bad foods over the holidays.  Plus, I need to lose some more weight from my pregnancy. 
This is a healthy meal for anyone trying to lose some of that holiday weight, trying to fulfill a New Year’s Resolution, or for anyone just looking to eat healthy.  This meal is only 6 Weight Watcher points under the Points Plus system and 5 points under the old system.  This is a great dish that is healthy, but still tastes great. 
Baked Chicken Parmesan
(Recipe adapted from Skinny Taste)
4 boneless chicken breasts, halved
3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs (use whole wheat bread crumbs to make the meal even healthier)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tablespoons butter, melted
3/4 cup reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup marinara sauce
1.  Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. 
2.  Melt the butter in a small bowl.  Combine the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a medium bowl. Lightly brush the butter onto the chicken.  Then dip the chicken into the bread crumb mixture.  Place the chicken onto a lightly greased baking sheet and repeat with the remaining chicken. 
3.  Lightly spray a little more cooking spray on top of the chicken.  Bake the chicken in the oven for 20 minutes.  Turn the chicken over then bake for an additional 5 minutes.  Then remove from the oven and spoon the marinara sauce over the chicken and top with the mozzarella cheese.  Bake for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
